Clear documentation protects both the hirer and the equipment owner. Requirements may vary by machine and supplier.
Documents you may be asked to provide
Valid Government ID
Passport, national ID or driving licence of the hirer or authorised representative.
Company Registration Certificate
BRELA or Zanzibar registration certificate for corporate hires.
Project Name
The name of the project the machinery will be used on.
Site Location
Exact site address or GPS location for delivery and insurance purposes.
Authorised Contact Person
Name of the person on site who will receive and sign for the machine.
Company Contact Details
Phone, email and physical office address.
Tax Identification Number
TIN where applicable for invoicing and tax compliance.
Purchase Order
Required by some corporate, hotel and government clients.

Security deposit
Some rentals require a refundable security deposit. The amount depends on the equipment type, rental duration and the supplier's policy, and is confirmed in writing on your quotation.
Deposits are refunded after the machine is returned and inspected, less any charges for damage or missing fuel.
How payment works
All machinery rentals require upfront payment before mobilisation.
A refundable security deposit may be requested depending on equipment type.
Rental extensions are subject to equipment availability.
Late returns may incur additional charges.
Transport costs are quoted separately where applicable.
